Sets forth formulae for the indemnification of such representatives. Requires a principal to furnish specified information to a sales representative concerning orders placed through the representative's account and a monthly accounting of commissions due such representative.  Allows a plaintiff to bring an action to enforce any rights or liabilities created by this Act in a United States district court.
