[R-OK]", "OK", "R", "I000024", 10, "Gulf Coast Emergency Water Infrastructure Assistance Act - Allows Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, for a period of two years, to: (1) provide certain subsidies and loan extensions for projects to repair, replace, or rebuild publicly-owned treatment works, including privately-owned utilties that principally treat municipal wastewater or sewage works, and water quality projects in areas affected by Hurricane Katrina or a related condition; (2) provide assistance to such projects that are not included on the priority lists of such states under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act; and (3) provide assistance to a public water system that is not included on the priority lists of such states under the Safe Drinking Water Act if the project involves damage caused by Hurricane Katrina or a related condition and complies with use of funds requirements under such Act.
